摘要
教育是关于人的事业,与人口发展有直接的、紧密的、长远的联系.教育促进人口高质量发展,是促进人的全面发展与促进社会发展的统一.高等教育与人口发展的关系既具有教育的一般性,也具有自身的特殊性.高等教育赋能人口高质量发展离不开全要素的协同和全部职能的发挥,需要在体系、功能、模式、质量、效率等方面实现系统性跃升和质变.
Abstract
Education is an undertaking concerning people and has a direct,close,and long-term con-nection with population development.The promotion of high-quality population development through education is a unity of the comprehensive development of individuals and the advancement of society.The relationship between higher education and population development possesses both general charac-teristics of education and its own particularities.Empowering high-quality population development through higher education relies on the coordination of all factors and the full exercise of all functions.It requires a systematic leap and qualitative change in aspects such as systems,functions,models,quali-ty,and efficiency.
