工商管理中国本土化路径探析——基于人类学视域下的再思考

摘要
分析工商管理与人类学的相关性,梳理工商人类学发展与应用的历程,厘清中国本土化管理的思路,对中国工商管理学科和人类学学科发展,具有重要意义.工商管理既是一种经济和社会现象,也是一种组织和文化现象,工商管理不仅要关注对现象的研究,而且要更关注对企业文化和人文关怀的研究.人类学对文化具有深刻且独特的研究特质,同属行为科学与社会科学,能够对工商管理实践给与理论指导,而民族志的研究方法,更可被广泛应用于工商管理的实践之中.
Abstract
It is of great significance to analyse the relevance of business administration and anthropology,to trace the history of the development and application of business anthropology,and to elucidate the thinking of localized management in China,in order to facilitate the advancement of the discipline of business administration and anthropology in China.Business administration is not merely an economic and social phenomenon;it is also an organizational and cultural phenomenon.It is important to note that the business administration should not only focus on the study of the phenomenon itself,but also on the study of corporate culture and humanistic care.Anthropology offers a distinctive approach to the study of culture,which can be situated within the broader category of behavioural and social sciences.Its theoretical insights can inform the practice of business management,while the ethnographic research method can be applied to a wide range of business contexts.
