无意识种族偏见是无意识偏见和纷繁种族主义的结合,与有意识种族歧视具有机制共通性.欧美国家长期存在的结构化无意识种族偏见,主要存在于法治与族际政治领域、数字和网络等虚拟政治领域,以及就业、教育、医疗等主要民生权益领域.无意识种族偏见对欧美社会产生了深刻影响,其基于公共利益和社会资本的角度破坏着公平正义,在族际关系上潜隐损耗着种族团结的社会纽带.无意识种族偏见也是种族资本进行社会意识形态矩阵"编程"的重要媒介,需严加警惕.
Abstract
Unconscious racial bias is a combination of unconscious bias and various forms of racism,which shares a common mechanism with conscious racial discrimination.The structural unconscious racial bias that has long existed in European and American countries mainly exists in the fields of rule of law and inter ethnic politics,virtual politics such as digital and online,as well as major livelihood rights such as employment,education,and healthcare.Unconscious racial bias has had a profound impact on European and American society,undermining fairness and justice from the perspectives of public interest and social capital,and subtly eroding the social bonds of racial unity in inter ethnic relations.Unconscious racial bias is also an important medium for racial capital to program the social ideological matrix,and it needs to be strictly guarded.
