摘要
党的二大通过了党史上的首部党章.百余年来,党章的制定、修改和完善贯穿于党的历史.党章是党的根本大法,是全体党员必须严格遵守的根本行为规范和活动准则,是全面从严治党的总依据和总遵循,也是新时代推进党的建设新的伟大工程的根本保障.具体来看,党章是一面旗帜,指引党员的奋斗方向;党章是一部法规,规制党员的言行举止;党章是一面镜子,党员借此查摆问题、寻找差距、明确方向;党章是一把钥匙,从中可以领会党的指导思想的与时俱进;党章是一部党史,浓缩了我们党百余年的历史经验和集体智慧.新时代新征程,深刻理解党章对中国共产党管党治党的价值意蕴,有助于教育引导全体党员牢固树立党章意识,自觉学习党章、尊崇党章、贯彻党章、维护党章,坚持以党章为总依据和总遵循,推进全面从严治党和党的自我革命向纵深发展.
Abstract
The Second Congress of the Party adopted the first Party Constitution in the history of the Party.For more than a hundred years,the Party Constitution has been formulated,revised and improved throughout the Party's history.The Party Constitution is the fundamental law of the Party,the fundamental code of conduct and activity guidelines that all Party members must strictly abide by,the general basis and general guideline for comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,and the fundamental guarantee to advance the Party's construction of a new great project in the new era.Specifically,the party constitution is a flag,guiding the party members in the direction of struggle;the party constitution is a statute,regulating the words and deeds of the party members;the party constitution is a mirror,through which the party members can investigate the problems,look for gaps,and clarify the direction;the party constitution is a key,from which you can understand the party's guiding ideology of the progress of the times;the party constitution is a history of the party,which concentrates the party's more than a hundred years of historical experience and collective wisdom.In the new era and new journey,a deep understanding of the value of the Party Constitution for the CPC's management of the party will help educate and guide all party members to firmly establish the awareness of the Party Constitution,consciously study the party Constitution,respect the party Constitution,implement the Party Constitution,and safeguard the Party Constitution,and insist on taking the Party Constitution as the general basis and the general guideline to push forward the development of comprehensively and strictly ruling the Party and Party's self-revolution to a profound level.
