继往开来:李安宅边疆思想探究

摘要
李安宅诸多的论著、文章中都闪烁着边疆研究的光芒,形成较为体系化的边疆思想.李安宅将"地形"与"文化"相融合,提炼出"边疆"概念.基于边疆民族地区的特点,他提出破解边疆问题的对策,并形成三位一体的边疆工作模式,以促进边疆发展,推动边疆与内地走向互惠共赢.在时代背景、周边环境、求学经历、边疆实践的多重因素影响之下,李安宅的边疆思想呈现出强烈的现实关怀,在当今边疆治理现代化的进程中,仍具有非常大的借鉴意义.
Abstract
Li Anzhai's many books and articles shed light on the frontier research,forming a relatively systematic frontier thought.Li Anzhai combined"terrain"with"culture"and extracted the concept of"frontier".Based on the characteristics of border ethnic areas,he proposed countermeasures to solve border problems,and formed a three-in-one border work model to promote border development,mutual benefit and win-win situation between the border and the mainland.Under the influence of multiple factors such as the historical background,the surrounding environment,the educational experience and the frontier practice,Li Anzhai's frontier thought showed a strong realistic concern,which still has great reference significance in the process of the modernization of frontier governance.
