国外健康传播的修辞研究:现状、热点及趋势

摘要
健康传播的修辞研究是国外目前较为前沿的交叉学科研究领域.基于Web of Science(科学引文索引数据库),文章对 1992 年至 2022 年间国外健康传播的修辞研究成果进行全面统计与分析.研究发现:国外健康传播的修辞研究整体呈动态上升趋势;研究阵地较为分散,呈现出较强的跨学科属性;研究热点主题包括公共健康、医患沟通、社交媒体中的健康议题、健康教育等;未来修辞视角下的健康传播研究将立足于健康传播的基本问题、关照特殊健康议题、深挖新媒体中的修辞现象.国内目前鲜有修辞视角下的健康传播研究,探究国外健康传播的修辞研究动态可为修辞视角下健康中国话语的构建与传播提供思路.
Abstract
Rhetorical studies on health communication is a burgeoning interdisciplinary inquiry abroad.Based on the articles included in the journals of Web of Science,this study conducts a visualization analysis of international journal articles from 1992 to 2022.The result indicates that the overall research on rhetorical studies on health communication abroad is on a dynamic uptrend;the research positions are scattered and the interdisciplinary research features are prominent;the hotspots include public health,doctor-patient communication,health agendas in social media,and health education;in the future,rhetorical studies on health communication will continue to explore the basic issues of health communication,special health issues,and the rhetorical phenomena in new media.Little scholarly attention has been paid to the study of health communication from a rhetorical perspective in China,so exploring the development of rhetorical studies on health communication abroad can provide some reference for the construction and dissemination of discourse on the Healthy China Initiative.
