摘要

数字时代的基本特征是万物互联及价值共生,数字技术的加持使教学场域得以无限延伸,也对高校师范生培养体系改革提出了新要求.结合数字时代的背景并基于TPACK理论模型,师范院校可以从思维认知素养、教学实施能力、创新发展理念等3个维度构建师范生信息化教学能力的核心架构.其中,"思维认知素养"是核心基础,"创新发展理念"是关键要素,"教学实施能力"是重要支撑,前两者是内隐性能力,可以通过"教学实施能力"这个外显行为加以检验.基于中小学实践场域的信息化教学能力现状分析,未来高校师范生信息化教学能力培养体系改革应从培养目标、培养路径、培养制度等方面加以系统思考.

Abstract

The basic characteristics of the digital age is the interconnection of all things and the symbiosis of value.The advent of digital technology not only makes the field infinitely extended,but also puts forward new goals and requirements for the reform of normal university students training system.Combining with the digital age and theoretical model of TPACK,the normal colleges can build the core framework of information teaching ability of normal university students from cognitive thinking literacy,teaching ability,and innovation and development concept,among which cognitive thinking literacy is the core foundation,innovation and development concept are the key factors,and teaching ability is the important support.The first two are implicitness of ability,which can be verified by teaching ability.Based on the analysis of information based teaching ability of primary and secondary schools,the reform of normal university students training system should take the training objective,the training way,the training system into consideration and so on.
