习近平新时代文明交流互鉴观论析

摘要
文明交流互鉴是人类文明发展进步的重要动力.党的十八大以来,习近平总书记胸怀天下,深刻把握人类文明发展的内在规律,形成了一系列关于文明交流互鉴的独特见解.从出场语境来说,习近平文明交流互鉴观是理论语境、文化语境、历史语境与现实语境的有机统一.从原则向度来说,习近平为文明交流互鉴提出了诸多原则主张,包括平等互尊、互利共赢原则,开放包容、兼收并蓄原则,因地制宜、择善而从原则,与时俱进、创新发展原则.从认识维度来说,习近平从观念、目标与实践维度阐述了文明"多样、平等、包容"的中国思维,阐明了文明"交流、互鉴、共存"的中国诉求,提供了文明"共商、共建、共享"的中国方案.从时代价值来说,习近平文明交流互鉴观贯通过去、现在与未来,推动了中华优秀传统文化的传承发展,破除了世界文明交往的内外壁垒,提供了人类文明新形态的发展方向,展现了中华民族的文明气度与世界格局.
Abstract
the exchange and mutual learning of civilization is an important driving force for the development and progress of human civilization.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has deeply grasped the inherent laws of the development of human civilization and formed a series of unique views on the exchange and mutual learning of civilization.From the perspective of appearance context,Xi Jinping's view of cultural communication and mutual discrimination is the organic unity of theoretical context,cultural context,historical context and realistic context.From the point of view of principle,Xi Jinping put forward many principles for mutual learning of civilization,including the principle of equality and mutual respect,mutual benefit and win-win,the principle of openness,tolerance and inclusiveness,the principle of taking measures according to local conditions,the principle of choosing good,keeping pace with the times,and the principle of innovative development.From the perspective of cognition,Xi Jinping expounds the Chinese thinking of"diversity,equality and tolerance"of civilization from the dimensions of concept,goal and practice,expounds the Chinese demand of"exchange,mutual learning and coexistence"of civilization,and provides a Chinese scheme of"consultation,co-construction and sharing"of civilization.As far as the value of the times is concerned,Xi Jinping's view of mutual appreciation of civilization runs through the past,the present and the future,promotes the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture,breaks down the internal and external barriers to the exchange of world civilization,provides the development direction of the new form of human civilization,and shows the civilized demeanor and world pattern of the Chinese nation.
