摘要

研究测量了 2011-2021年中国31个省区的新型农村集体经济发展水平、农村消费升级水平和中介变量,依据测度结果分析验证了新型农村集体经济通过收入效应、成本效应、预期效应促进农村消费升级的中介路径,再通过空间变化与时间变化分析进一步探究了短板与补足方向.收入效应在农村消费升级过程中起到了重要的承接作用,为更好发挥新型农村集体给经济的正外部性效应,应在稳固收入效应的基础上进一步提升对农村预期效应和收入效应的促进作用,协同推进农村消费迭代升级.

Abstract

The study measured the development level of the new rural collective economy,the level of rural consumption upgrading and the intermediary variables in 31 provinces and regions of China from 2011-2021,and verified the intermediary path of the new rural collective economy to promote rural consumption upgrading through the income effect,cost effect,and expected effect based on the measurement results,and then further explored the short board and complementary direction through the analysis of spatial and temporal changes.The income effect plays an important role in the process of rural consumption upgrading.In order to better play the positive externality effect of the new rural collective economy,we should further enhance the promotion of the expected effect and income effect on the basis of stabilizing the income effect,and jointly promote the iterative upgrading of rural consumption.
