摘要
习近平法治思想为马克思主义中国化作出了许多原创性重大贡献,坚持中国特色社会主义法治道路就是其中之一.该创新性命题的提出及其深刻阐释,是习近平总书记基于中国特色社会主义初级阶段国情的社会存在,灵活运用马克思主义唯物史观理论,在举旗择路这个国家治理的首要问题上做出的正确选择.因此,只有追根溯源到习近平法治思想理论渊源之一的马克思主义法治理论,才能学深悟懂弄通和理解掌握运用其中所蕴含的马克思主义的立场观点和方法,进而在全面依法治国的伟大征程中使其真正成为根本遵循和行动指南.
Abstract
Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has made many original and significant contributions to the Sinicization of Marxism,one of which is adhering to the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.The proposal of this innovative proposition and its profound interpretation are based on the social existence of the national conditions in the primary stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the flexible use of Marxist historical materialism theory by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the primary issue of national governance,which is to raise the flag and choose the way.Choose correctly.Therefore,only by going back to the Marxist rule of law theory,which is one of the origins of Xi Jinping's thought theory on the rule of law,can we learn,understand,understand and use the Marxist standpoints and methods contained in it,and then in the great journey of comprehensively ruling the country by law.Make it truly a fundamental follow and action guide.
