摘要

进入新时代以来,党和国家为落实立德树人根本任务、发展素质教育,大力推进家校社协同育人.作为推动新时代基础教育扩优提质和高质量发展的重要方式,家校社协同育人研究得到了学界高度重视.已有研究过于重视内涵挖掘与机制建设讨论,在制度体系建设方面尚未展开深入研究.家校社协同育人作为系统性工程,需要着力强化制度建设,在"家校社"协同育人的联动-沟通制度、评价-反馈制度和激励-约束制度等方面进行体系化构建完善,从而降低家校社协同育人的运行成本,切实增强育人合力,提升育人成效,有效落实立德树人根本任务.

Abstract

Since entering the new era,the party and the country have vigorously promoted school-family-society collaborative education in order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and developing quality education.As an important way to promote the expansion,quality improvement and high-quality development of basic education in the new era,research on collaborative education between home and school has received great attention from the academic community.Existing research has paid too much attention to connotation mining and mechanism construction discussions,and has not conducted in-depth research on the construction of institutional systems.As a systematic project,home-school-society collaborative education needs to focus on strengthening system construction and systematically constructing and improving the linkage-communication system,evaluation-feedback system,and incentive-restraint system for"school-family-society"collaborative education,so as to Reduce the operating costs of collaborative education between home,school and community,effectively enhance the joint force of education,improve the effectiveness of education,and effectively implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity.
