数字化时代师范生信息化教学能力:基本样态、关键问题与可为路径
Informatization Teaching Competence of Teacher Trainees in the Digital Era:Basic Patterns,Critical Issues and Possible Paths

摘要
生产力、人才是社会发展中的两大关键要素,二者有着双向驱动的天然内在逻辑.培养适应与反哺以人工智能等突破性革命技术为主的新质生产力发展和新质人才是数智时代教育的新使命.利用信息技术赋能教育教学的能力是师范生亟待强化的内容.以TPACK理论为研究视角,Q师范大学师范生为研究样本,通过问卷调查与深度访谈发现,师范生信息化教学能力整体处于中等水平,内部发展不平衡.在基本技术素养、技术支持学习、技术支持教学方面存在信息化教学技能素养薄弱、信息化研究创新能力不足、信息化教学应用能力有限等关键问题.提出优化数字化智能环境建设与培养机制、强化信息化教学能力发展培养布局、加强信息技术与学科的整合建设、树立利用信息技术促进专业发展的自我意识等可为路径.
Abstract
Productivity and talent are two key elements in the development of society,and they have a natural internal logic driven in both directions.It is the new mission of education in the age of digital intelligence to cultivate new quality productivity development and new quality talents to adapt to and feed new quality productivity development based on breakthrough revolutionary technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.The ability to utilize information technology to empower education and teaching is an urgent need to be strengthened for teacher trainees.Taking TPACK theory as the research perspective and Q Normal University teacher training students as the research sample,this study found through questionnaires and in-depth interviews that teacher training students'information technology teaching competence as a whole is at an intermediate level,with uneven internal development.There are key issues such as weak informatization teaching skill literacy,insufficient informatization research and innovation ability,and limited informatization teaching application ability in basic technology literacy,technology-supported learning,and technology-supported teaching.Possible paths are proposed to optimize the construction and cultivation mechanism of digital intelligent environment,strengthen the layout of information technology teaching ability development and cultivation,enhance the integration construction of information technology and disciplines,and establish self-awareness of using information technology for professional development.
