摘要
评价作为保障人才培养质量的抓手,在人才培养质量提升中发挥着重要作用.通过梳理思想政治教育本科专业人才培养质量评价的发展脉络,认为当前思想政治教育本科专业人才培养质量评价存在评价指标和地方的实际情况结合度不够、国家出台的相关政策在执行过程中出现"走样"、针对评价要求地方层面存在落实不到位的现象等现实困境.为此,建议从加强思想政治教育本科专业人才培养质量评价的制度建设、持续推动多元主体参与思想政治教育本科专业人才培养质量评价、注重新技术与思想政治教育本科专业人才培养质量评价的融合等方面入手,优化思想政治教育本科专业人才培养质量评价,着力提升新时代思想政治教育本科专业人才培养质量.
Abstract
As a starting point to guarantee the quality of talent training,evaluation plays an important role in the improvement of talent training quality.By sorting out the development of the quality evaluation of ideological and political education undergraduate talents training,it is believed that the current ideological and political education undergraduate talents training quality evaluation has some practical difficulties,such as the lack of integration between the evaluation index and the actual situation of the local,the"distortion"of the relevant policies issued by the state in the implementation process,and the insufficient implementation of the evaluation requirements at the local level.Therefore,it is suggested to optimize the quality evaluation of ideological and political education undergraduate talents training by strengthening the system construction,continuously promoting the participation of multiple subjects in the quality evaluation of ideological and political education undergraduate talents training,and paying attention to the integration of new technology and ideological and political education undergraduate talents training quality evaluation.Efforts will be made to improve the quality of undergraduate personnel training for ideological and political education in the new era.
