摘要
鲁迅不仅是一位文学巨匠,同时也是一位杰出的出版编辑家,编辑工作贯穿了他的一生.他的一生都在孜孜不倦地创办和编校书刊,编辑数量之大,质量堪称上乘,并在具体的编校工作中留下了许多精辟编辑思想和宝贵经验.他主张创办刊物要立场坚定,旗帜鲜明,树立为革命斗争的思想;他要求在内容的选取、编校质量、出版周期、定价等方面要遵循于读者有益的原则;他认为办刊物的职责之一便是培育新作者,而编辑要善于充当挖掘新作者的伯乐,要甘做腐草,积极培育新生力量;他还特别爱护年轻的编辑人才,不惜甘为人梯,毫无保留地把自己办刊的宝贵经验传授给年轻的编辑.鲁迅的编辑思想对于继承和发扬我国编辑出版事业的优良传统,提升编辑综合素养,仍然有积极的指导作用.
Abstract
Lu Xun is not only a literary giant,but also an outstanding editor,whose editing work runs through his life.All his life,he worked tirelessly to create and edit books and periodicals.The quantity and quality of the editors are excellent.He left many incisive thoughts and valuable experience in the specific editing work.He advocated that the establishment of the journal should stand firm,take a clear banner,and establish the idea of revolutionary struggle;He requires that the selection of content,the quality of editing,publication cycle,pricing and other aspects should follow the principle of benefit to readers;He believes that one of the responsibilities of the journal is to cultivate new authors,and editors should be good at acting as a source of new authors,willing to be a corrupt grass,and actively cultivate new forces;He also took special care of young editors,willing to serve as a ladder,and unreservedly passed on his valuable experience in running a journal to young editors.Lu Xun's editorial thought still plays a positive guiding role in inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition of our country's editing and publishing cause and improving the comprehensive quality of editors.
