情绪智力与高原大学生心理健康的关系研究

摘要
对960名青海地区大学生进行问卷调查,探究学校归属感和专业认同在情绪智力与高原大学生心理健康关系中的作用.结果发现:(1)情绪智力显著正向影响高原大学生心理健康,学校归属感在其间起中介作用;(2)专业认同调节了情绪智力通过学校归属感影响高原大学生心理健康中介过程的后半段路径.关注高原地区大学生心理健康的发展与特点,不仅要立足于个体因素在心理调节中的作用,更要深度关注个体外在行为与表现的内在需求因素以及各个因素的联合作用.
Abstract
This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 960 college students in Qinghai to explore the effects of school belonging and professional identity in the relationship between emotional intelligence and the mental health of plateau college students.The results showed that:(1)Emotional intelligence positively affected the mental health of highland college students,and school belonging played a mediating role in the process;(2)Professional identity moderated the second half of the mediation process of emotional intelligence through the sense of belonging to the school.To pay attention to the mental health characteristics of college students in plateau area,we should not only base on the role of individual factors in psychological adjustment,but also pay deep attention to the internal demand factors of individual external behavior and performance and the combined effects of various factors.
