摘要
目前,在中华人民共和国国家标准及行业标准中对期刊引文、注释、参考文献等作了详细而科学的规范,但这些相关标准对正文中注释序号与引文末尾标点符号的先后位置关系未能作出严格而明确的规定.对这一细节的语焉不详和含混笼统,使得学术期刊在处理此问题时未能形成一个统一标准,以致出现不同学术期刊在注释序号的标注位置问题上各执一端、自成标准,甚至同一学术期刊在不同篇章中出现标准迥异的"混乱"现象.在学术期刊编辑过程中,对正文中注释序号与引文末尾标点符号的位置关系,国家标准的规范和不同学术期刊执行标准的失范,二者并存.如果不解决这一问题,会带来读者对行文内容理解出现偏差等一系列负面效应.因而,注释序号在正文中具体标注位置的规范势在必行.若要制定科学而可行的相关规定,厘清引用信息在正文中的起讫范围最为关键,它是决定注释序号在正文中具体标注位置的必然条件和基本原则.
Abstract
Currently,detailed and scientific regulations have been established in the national and industry standards of the People's Republic of China for journal citations,annotations and references.However,these relevant standards have not provided strict and clear regulations on the order and position of annotation numbers and punctuation marks at the end of citations in the main text.The lack of clarity and ambiguity in this detail has resulted in academic journals failing to form a unified standard when dealing with this issue,leading to different academic journals persisting in the placement of annotation numbers,forming their own standards,and even the phenomenon of"confusion"where the same academic journal has different standards in different chapters.In the editing process of academic journals,the relationship between the annotation number in the main text and the punctuation mark at the end of the citation,the norms of national standards,and the lack of compliance with standards in different academic journals coexist.If this problem is not solved,it will lead to a series of negative effects such as readers'misunderstanding of the written content.Therefore,it is imperative to standardize the specific annotation position of annotation numbers in the main text.The key to formulating scientific and feasible regulations is to clarify the starting and ending range of citation information in the main text.It is a necessary condition and basic principle for determining the specific annotation position of annotation numbers in the main text.
