摘要
全过程人民民主是当代中国民主理论和实践的全新叙事.全过程人民民主既创造了人类政治文明新理论形态,又为世界上真正追求民主的国家提供了成功的新实践形态.全过程人民民主在实践中显现民主的真谛,标定中国式民主的鲜明本质,彰显人民民主精髓要义,反映社会主义民主显著优势.全过程人民民主在制度体系中揭示了程序民主与实质民主的统一,在实践过程中实现了过程民主与成果民主的统一.全过程人民民主极大丰富了人类政治文明的理论和实践,彰明了人类政治文明新形态的实践路向,充分体现了中国特色社会主义民主制度的优越性.
Abstract
People's democracy in the whole process is a new narrative in the theory and practice of democracy in contemporary China.It has not only created a new theoretical form of human political civilization,but also provided a new and successful practical form for those countries in the world that truly pursue democracy.In the course of practice,people's democracy reveals the true meaning of democracy,defines the distinctive nature of Chinese-style democracy,highlights the essence of people's democracy,and reflects the remarkable advantages of socialist democracy.In its institutional system,whole-process people's democracy reveals the unity of procedural democracy and substantive democracy,and in practice it realizes the unity of process democracy and outcome democracy.The whole-process people's democracy has greatly enriched the theory and practice of human political civilization,manifested the practical direction of the new form of human political civilization,and fully embodied the superiority of the socialist democratic system with Chinese characteristics.
