习近平文化思想是新时代文化建设的学理化体系化成果,体现出"明体达用、体用贯通"理论品格,蕴含着丰富的世界观和方法论,即"六个必须坚持".具体体现为:坚持文化发展为了人民、文化建设依靠人民、文化成果人民共享、发展成效人民评判;深刻认识习近平文化思想坚持文化自立的历史自觉与坚定文化自信的鲜明特质;坚持党的文化领导权与马克思主义指导地位,重视文化创造性转化,凸显文化创新性发展;善于洞悉和辨识实践中存在的问题,因势利导、统筹谋划、精准施策解决问题;在前瞻性思考、全局性谋划、整体性推进中鉴往知来、把握机遇、协调各方;以兼收并蓄的气度汲取其他文明的养分,以和合共生的胸怀构建人类命运共同体,以天下大同的理想建设人类文明新形态.
Abstract
Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought is a systematic achievement of cultural construction in the new era,embodying the theoretical character of"understanding the body,attaining the use,and integrating the body with the use",and containing a rich worldview and methodology,i.e.,"six must be adhered to".These are:adhering to cultural development for the sake of the people,relying on the people in cultural construction,sharing the fruits of culture with the people,and judging the effectiveness of development by the people;deeply recognising the distinctive qualities of Xi Jinping's cultural thought,which insists on the historical self-consciousness of cultural self-support and the firmness of cultural self-confidence;adhering to the Party's cultural leadership and the guiding position of Marxism,attaching importance to the creative transformation of culture,and highlighting the innovative development of culture;and being adept at understanding and recognising problems and problems in practice,and providing guidance to the situation.Xi Jinping is good at understanding and identifying problems in practice,and solving problems by making the best use of the situation,comprehensive planning,and precise measures;he knows the past,grasps the opportunities,and coordinates with all parties in forward-looking thinking,overall planning,and holistic promotion;he draws sustenance from other civilisations with an eclectic temperament,builds a community of human destiny with a spirit of harmony and symbiosis,and builds a new form of human civilisation with the ideal of a world of commonwealth.
