摘要
健全幼师劳动价值实现的保障机制是推进学前教育高质量发展的关键着力点.从马克思关于人的价值观基本内容的论述来看,个性、人权、解放、自由是考察幼师劳动价值实现的四维向度.幼师要成为幼儿"锤炼品格、学习知识、创新思维、奉献祖国"等"四个引路人"个性特质的教师,行使好坚持教育"为人民服务、为中国共产党治国理政服务、为巩固和发展中国特色社会主义制度服务、为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务"等"四个服务"的人权,在坚持"教书与育人相统一、言传与身教相统一、潜心问道与关注社会相统一、学术自由与学术规范相统一"等"四个相统一"中获得解放,做有"理想信念、道德情操、扎实学识、仁爱之心"的"四有"好老师,从而实现自由发展.此乃新时代幼师劳动价值实现的内在逻辑.
Abstract
Establishing a sound guarantee mechanism for the realization of kindergarten teachers'labor value is a key focus in advancing the high-quality development of preschool education.From Marx's discussion on the basic content of human values,individuality,human rights,liberation,and freedom are the four dimensions to examine the realization of kindergarten teachers'labor value.Kindergarten teachers should become teachers with the individual characteristics of guiding children in"tempering character,learning knowledge,innovating thinking,and dedicating to the motherland,"exercising the human rights of adhering to education"serving the people,serving the governance of the Communist Party of China,serving the consolidation and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and serving the reform,opening up,and socialist modernization,"and obtaining liberation in adhering to the"four unifications"of"integrating teaching with education,integrating words with deeds,integrating devoted inquiry with social concern,and integrating academic freedom with academic norms,"becoming good teachers with"ideals and beliefs,moral sentiment,solid knowledge,and a compassionate heart,"thereby achieving free development.This is the internal logic of realizing the labor value of kindergarten teachers in the new era.
