Expression and clinical significance of Omentin-1 protein,IL-6 and IL-10 in endometrial carcinoma patients aged 30~70 years in high altitude population
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Omentin-1 protein,IL-6 and IL-10 in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The serum levels of Omentin-1 protein,IL-6 and IL-10 in endometrial carcinoma group, uterine fibroid group and healthy group were measured and compared by ELISA.The expression of Omentin-1 protein in endometrial tissues of endometrial carcinoma group and uterine fibroid group was com-pared by WB method. The expression of Omentin-1 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was compared by IHC.Results(1)ELISA results showed that the level of serum Omentin-1 protein in endometri-al carcinoma group was lower than that in uterine fibroid group and healthy control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-10 in endometrial carcinoma group were higher than those in uterine fibroid group and healthy control group(P<0.05).Besides,there was a negative correlation with the level of serum Omentin-1 protein(P<0.05),and a positive correlation between serum IL-6 and IL-10(P<0.05).(2)WB results showed that the level of Omentin-1 protein of endometrial tissues in endometrial carcinoma group was lower than that in uterine fibroid group.(3)IHC results showed that the level of Omentin-1 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues was higher than that in cancerous tissues. Conclusion The level of Omentin-1 protein was inversely proportional to the severi-ty of the disease.IL-6 and IL-10 were related to the course of endometrial carcinoma.
