摘要
目的 探讨Omentin-1蛋白及IL-6、IL-10在30岁～70岁高海拔人群子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 运用ELISA法测定并比较30岁～70岁高海拔人群子宫内膜癌组、子宫肌瘤组及健康组血清Omentin-1蛋白和IL-6、IL-10水平,运用WB法比较子宫内膜癌组和子宫肌瘤组内膜组织Omentin-1蛋白表达情况,运用IHC法比较子宫内膜癌组癌组织及癌旁组织Omen-tin-1 蛋白表达情况.结果 (1)ELISA结果显示,子宫内膜癌组血清O mentin-1蛋白水平低于子宫肌瘤组和健康组(P＜0.05);子宫内膜癌组血清IL-6、IL-10水平高于子宫肌瘤组和健康组(P＜0.05),且与血清Omentin-1蛋白水平呈负相关(P＜0.05).(2)WB结果显示,子宫内膜癌组内膜组织Omentin-1蛋白水平低于子宫肌瘤组.(3)IHC结果显示,子宫内膜癌癌旁组织O mentin-1蛋白水平高于癌组织.结论 在30岁～70岁高海拔人群子宫内膜癌患者中,血清Omentin-1蛋白水平与病情的恶化程度成反比;IL-6、IL-10与子宫内膜癌的病程有关.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Omentin-1 protein,IL-6 and IL-10 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods The serum levels of Omentin-1 protein,IL-6 and IL-10 in endometrial carcinoma group,uterine fibroid group and healthy group were measured and compared by ELISA.The expression of Omentin-1 protein in endometrial tissues of endometrial carcinoma group and uterine fibroid group was com-pared by WB method.The expression of Omentin-1 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was compared by IHC.Results(1)ELISA results showed that the level of serum Omentin-1 protein in endometri-al carcinoma group was lower than that in uterine fibroid group and healthy control group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-10 in endometrial carcinoma group were higher than those in uterine fibroid group and healthy control group(P＜0.05).Besides,there was a negative correlation with the level of serum Omentin-1 protein(P＜0.05),and a positive correlation between serum IL-6 and IL-10(P＜0.05).(2)WB results showed that the level of Omentin-1 protein of endometrial tissues in endometrial carcinoma group was lower than that in uterine fibroid group.(3)IHC results showed that the level of Omentin-1 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues was higher than that in cancerous tissues.Conclusion The level of Omentin-1 protein was inversely proportional to the severi-ty of the disease.IL-6 and IL-10 were related to the course of endometrial carcinoma.
