摘要
省域副中心城市是助力全省经济快速发展、缩短区域发展差异、助推综合实力提升的重要举措.其建设需要依托当地支柱产业的支撑,而产业的可持续发展,则需要高素质应用型人才的支撑.推动曲靖市建设省域副中心城市,人才是关键、是核心.要聚焦产业需求、产业服务、产业发展、城市建设和战略目标,通过完善顶层设计,制定人才发展规划,出台专项政策,促进城市人口聚集.逐步壮大城市综合实力,激活城市内生动力,构建高素质应用型人才培养基地和发展平台.
Abstract
Provincial sub-central cities are an important measure to boost the rapid development of the whole province's economy,shorten the differentiation of regional development,and improve our comprehensive strength.The construction of provincial sub-central cities needs to rely on the support of local core industries,and the sustainable development of industries is closely related to talents.Talent is the key to Qujing's construction as a provincial sub-central city.We should focus on industrial demand,industrial service,industrial development,urban construction and strategic goals,and promote urban population concentration by improving top-level design,formulating talent development plans and issuing special policies.We will gradually expand the comprehensive strength of the city,activate the internal driving force of the city,and build a high-quality talent training base and development platform.
