高校普通话水平测试的后效作用及国家通用语言能力提升

摘要
语言测试对师生、教学活动、家长乃至社会有着重要影响.梳理了开展普通话水平测试的现实需求与重要作用,基于对地方高校不同专业学生普通话水平测试成绩跟踪调查,分析当前大学生国家通用语言能力概况,探究了该语言测试的后效作用,以积极正面的后效作用占主导,负面影响较少.由此提出了将其积极效用最大化与负面效用有效降低的路径,助力国家通用语言能力提升.
Abstract
Language testing has an important impact on teachers,students,teaching and learning activities,parents,and even the society.The practical needs and important role of the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi(PSC)was studied based on the follow-up survey of students'PSC results fromdifferent majors at local universities.The current Standard Spoken Chinese Language ability of college students was analyzed,and the washback of the language test was explored.The positive washback is dominant,while the negative im-pact is less.Therefore,the path of maximizing the positive utility and effectively reducing the negative util-ity is proposed to help improve the Standard Spoken Chinese Language ability.
