The county,as an important administrative governance space,has bred a unique county culture and is a distribution center of traditional culture.At present,the inheritance and innovation of rural traditional cultural resources in rural revitalization relys on the county as a meso-carrier,connecting the national macro-strategy at the upper level and the micro-entities of villages at the lower level to realize the holistic and three-dimensional inheritance and innovation of rural traditional cultural resources.The practical strategies for civil,educational,and commercial use of the copper merchant culture resources in Huize County show that rural revitalization and the inheritance and innovation of local traditional cultural resources are organically unified and run parallel in the continuous use practice of traditional cultural resources in the county.
