摘要

目的 探究医工交叉专业研究生人才培养模式的应用效果.方法 以浙江大学为例,研究组调研了14名2016~2018级的医工交叉学科博士研究生,对照组随机挑选了18名2016~2018级医药相关专业的博士研究生,分别从是否延毕、课程培养情况、科研成果及就业方向等多个维度进行全面分析.结果 研究组的博士研究生延毕率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.18,P<0.05);研究组发表SCI论文的数量和总影响因子明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2分别=2.86、2.54,P均<0.05).研究组就业方向集中在科研院所和企业,对照组集中在高校,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.51,P<0.05).结论 医工交叉学科的研究生培养模式在科研产出方面具有显著的优势,高科研产出伴随着低延毕率,有助于推动学术研究的进步,能够为社会发展提供医工交叉融合型人才.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of the cultivating mode of medical and engineering interdisci-plinary in graduate students.Methods Taking Zhejiang University as an example,14 medical and engineering interdis-ciplinary doctoral students from grade 2016 to 2018 and 18 doctoral students in medical related majors from grade 2016 to 2018 were selected to conduct a comprehensive analysis from multiple dimensions,such as whether to graduate on time,curriculum training,scientific research achievements and employment direction.Results The delayod graduateon rate of in the research group was more lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.18,P<0.05).The number of SCI papers published in the research group and the total impact factor were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=2.86,2.54,P<0.05).The employment orientation of the research group was concentrated in scientific research institutes and enterprises,while that of the control group was concentrated in universities,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=2.51,P<0.05).Conclusion The training mode of medical interdisciplinary graduate talents has significant advantages in terms of scientific research output.High scientific research output accompanied by low delayed graduation rate is helpful to pro-mote the progress of academic research,and can provide cross-integration talents for social development.
