Objective To understand the problems that may exist when general practice residents face the national ex-amination after nearly three years of standardized resident training of general practitioners,and to put forward guidance for the future training work.Methods All 17 general practitioners who were grade 2020 were selected from the First Af-filiated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.The objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)was used in this examination,including basic skills operation station(100 points,account for 25%),doctor-patient communi-cation station(100 points,account for 15%),patiant reception station(100 points,account for 60%),and a total score had a qualified score of 70.00 points.The score of standardized resident training of general practitioners was analyzed.Re-sults In this simulated test,the score range for the basic skills station was 74.80-99.40 points,with an average score of(89.30±7.40)points.The score range for the doctor-patient communication station was 69.00-94.00 points,with an aver-age score of(83.60±7.10)points.The score range for the patiant reception station was 66.00-98.00 points,with an aver-age score of(86.80±8.50)points.And the total score range was 73.30-97.50 points,with an average score of(86.90± 6.40)points.The average scores in all stations and total score significantly exceeded the qualified points.Conclusion Resident doctors in general practitioners grasp well in clinical skills.Some of the residents doctors had poor performance in skill oper-ation and doctor-patient communication.It is neces-sary to strengthen the practice in future on residen-tial training work and work position.
