摘要

目的 探讨"融合教学模式、整合教学内容、融合科学研究思维"科学研究型教学模式的"三合"教学模式改革在口腔医学专业非临床专业学生的《内科学》教学中的优势和可行性.方法 分析比较重庆医科大学第四临床学院2020年《内科学》科学研究型教学模式改革前3年及改革后3年的口腔医学专业学生考试成绩,并对32名教师和100名口腔医学专业学生分别进行问卷调查,对改革前后学生的教学效果和教学模式满意度进行比较和统计分析.结果 科学研究型教育教学模式改革后,学生的平时成绩、期末考试成绩及总成绩均高于改革前,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=-3.76、-5.37、-5.71,P均<0.05).学生对提高学习兴趣、增强知识理解、提高临床思维能力、课程基础临床医学融合程度、对科学研究型教学的接受度这5 个方面的满意度得分均较改革前升高,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=-8.51、-8.78、-7.15、-9.42、-9.89,P均<0.05).结论 科学研究型教学模式解决了口腔医学专业学生的《内科学》教学"痛点"问题,提升了学生的科学研究性创新思维能力.

Abstract

Objective To explore the advantages and feasibility of the"three in one"research-based teaching mode for non-clinical medical students of stomatology in Internal Medicine teaching.The research teaching model was integrated teaching model,integrated teaching content,and integrated scientific research thinking.Methods Data was collected from students of stomatology from the Fourth Clinical College of Chongqing Medical University before and after the re-form of the scientific research-oriented teaching model in Internal Medicine.Data was analyzed from 32 teachers and 100 students who had given feedback on the practical effects of research-based teaching mode through questionnaires.Re-sults After the reform,the daily scores,final exam scores,and total scores were higher than before(t=-3.76,-5.37,-5.71,P<0.05).Students were more satisfied with the five aspects of increasing learning interest,enhancing knowledge un-derstanding,improving clinical thinking ability,integrating basic clinical medicine into the curriculum,and accepting sci-entific research-based teaching compared to before the reform(t=-8.51,-8.78,-7.15,-9.42,-9.89,P<0.05).Conclu-sion The research-based teaching mode has solved the"pain points"in the teaching of Internal Medicine for non-clini-cal medical students of stomatology.It can improve the scientific research and innovative thinking ability of students.
