摘要

目的 探讨工作坊(Workshop)教学模式在医学影像学临床实习带教中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年5月至2024年2月在慈溪市人民医院实习的60名温州医科大学五年级临床实习生作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组,每组30名.对照组使用传统灌输式课堂教学,实验组改用Workshop教学模式授课.临床实习结束后,比较两组学员理论和阅片技能成绩的差异以及学习效果满意度.结果 一周实习完结后,实验组学生的理论与阅片技能成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=4.42、5.42,P均<0.05).在提高学习积极性、提高医学影像知识的理解、提高学习效率、增强团队合作和提高人文关怀理念的满意度方面,实验组对学习效果满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=5.88、3.43、4.95、2.55、2.32,P均<0.05).结论 Workshop教学模式在医学影像学临床实习生带教中可以取得良好的教学效果,并提高实习生对学习效果的满意度,为医学教育提供新的方法和途径.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of Workshop teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of medical imag-ing.Methods A total of 60 clinical interns of Wenzhou Medical University five grade who had practiced in Cixi Peo-ple's Hospital from May 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 participants in each group.The control group was taught by traditional irrigation,while the experimental group was taught by Workshop.After the end of clinical practice,the theory and image reading skills and the learning satisfaction of two groups of students were compared re-spectively.Results After one week of practice,the scores of theoretical and image reading skills in the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.42,5.42,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the improvement of learning enthusiasm,improvement of the understanding of medical imaging knowledge,improvement of learning efficiency,enhanceing team cooperation and improvement of the humanistic care concept of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(t=5.88,3.43,4.95,2.55,2.32,P<0.05).Conclusion Workshop teaching mode can achieve good teaching effect in the teaching of clinical interns in medical imaging,im-prove the learning satisfaction,and provide a new method and way for medical education.
