摘要
目的 探索"互联网+模拟接诊"教学新模式在提高血液科医学生临床岗位胜任力培养中的作用.方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月期间于浙江大学医学院附属第一医院血液科轮转的见习生90名,在血液科见习轮转期间,第一周接受操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)及迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)教学模式(对照组),第二周接受"互联网+模拟接诊"新教学模式(实验组),在教学活动结束时进行满意度问卷调查,比较学生对两组教学模式基于提升岗位胜任力的满意度及带教老师对两种教学模式教学效果的评价.结果 在提升基于胜任力的总体临床实践能力方面,医学生对实验组教学模式的满意度明显高于对照组(Z=-4.99,P<0.05);在授课形式、激发对血液科的兴趣、理论知识掌握能力、文献学习能力、综合分析问题能力、临床思维能力、团队协作能力以及医患沟通能力等方面,医学生对实验组教学模式的满意度均明显高于对照组(Z分别=-6.06、-8.96、-5.52、-6.48、-4.84、-5.13、-5.66、-5.48,P均<0.05).带教老师对实验组的教学效果评价优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=-2.50,P<0.05).结论 "互联网+模拟接诊"教学新模式有助于提升血液科医学生临床岗位胜任力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of the"internet+mimic clinic care"teaching model in improving the clini-cal competence of hematology medical students.Methods A total of 90 interns who rotated through the Hematology De-partment of the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine,from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.During the hematology rotation,the interns received the DOPS and Mini-CEX teaching models in the first week(control group)and the"internet+minic clinic care"teaching model in the second week(experimental group).A satisfaction questionnaire was administered at the end of the teaching activities to compare the students'satisfaction with the two teaching modes based on improving their post competency and the teachers'evaluation of the teaching effects of the two teaching modes.Results The satisfaction of interns with the improvement in overall clinical competence based on competence was significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group(Z=-4.99,P<0.05).In terms of teaching format,stimulation of interest in hematology,mastery of theoretical knowledge,literature review skills,problem analysis abilities,clinical thinking abilities,teamwork skills,and communication skills with patients,the satisfac-tion with teaching model of interns in the experimental group with was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-6.06,-8.96,-5.52,-6.48,-4.84,-5.13,-5.66,-5.48,P<0.05).The teaching effectiveness in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(Z=-2.50,P<0.05).Conclu-sion The"internet+mimic clinic care"teaching model contributes to the improvement of the clinical competence of hematology medical students.
