基于精品课程建设的混合式教学模式在留学生急诊医学中的应用探索

摘要
目的 探索基于精品课程建设的混合式教学模式在留学生急诊医学中的应用效果.方法 选择2017级和2018级临床医学专业本科留学生为研究对象,其中72名2017级留学生设为对照组,70名2018级留学生设为实验组.对照组采用传统灌输式线上教学模式,实验组采用基于精品课程建设的混合式教学模式.课程结束后,比较两组留学生的理论考核成绩、期末总成绩和教学满意度情况.结果 实验组留学生的理论考核成绩以及期末总成绩均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-2.42,Z=-2.25,P均＜0.05).实验组留学生对混合教学模式的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(u=5.08,P＜0.05).结论 基于精品课程建设的混合式教学模式在留学生急诊医学教学中具有显著的优越性,可提高学生的考核成绩和课程满意度.为提升留学生教学质量,打造在华留学生急诊医学精品课程奠定一定的基础.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of a blended teaching model based on the construction of high-quality courses in emergency medicine for international students.Methods International students majoring in clini-cal medicine in Zhejiang University in grade 2017 and grade 2018 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 72 students in grade 2017 were the control group used traditional online teaching methods.A total of 70 students in grade 2018 were the experimental group used a blended teaching mode based on the construction of high-quality courses.After the course,the theoretical exams scores,final exam scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Re-sults The theoretical test scores and final total scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=-2.42,Z=-2.25,P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(u=5.08,P＜0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching mode based on the construction of high-quality courses has sig-nificant advantages in emergency medicine teaching,which can improve students'scores and satisfaction of international students.This blended teaching mode can lay a foundation for promoting the teaching quality and creating a high-quality emergency medicine course for international students in China.
