临床执业医师考前模拟测试制度在住院医师规范化培训中的探索和效果分析

摘要
目的 探讨在住院医师规范化培训中施行临床执业医师考前模拟测试情况与正式考试成绩的相关性.方法 选取2021～2022年在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院首次报名参加执业医师考试的内科住院医师规范化培训学生129 名为研究对象,考前6 个月每月进行1 次模拟考试,比较分析模拟考试成绩、缺考情况等.采用多元线性回归分析探索考前模拟测试情况与正式考试成绩的关系.结果 在6 次模拟中有30 名至少缺考1 次,总体缺考率高达23.26%,其中2 次及以上缺考人数多达13 名(10.08%).多元线性回归显示,学位情况和模拟考不通过次数与正式考试笔试成绩显著相关(t分别=5.13、-1.99,P均＜0.05).结论 本研究显示模拟考不通过次数对预测临床执业医师考试笔试成绩有重要作用,表明模拟考试制度对增加执业医师参考人员通过率具有临床价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the pre exam simulation test(mock exams)and the official examination results in the standardized resident trainin.Method A total of 129 students who registered for the standard-ized training of internal medicine resident physicians at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from 2021 to 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Six months before the exam,a monthly simulated ex-am was conducted to compare and analyze the results and absenteeism of the simulated exam.Exploring the relationship between the mock exams and the official examination results using multiple linear regression analysis.Results Among the six simulations,30 people missed at least one exam,with an overall absenteeism rate of 23.26%.Among them,13 people missed two or more exams(10.08%).Multiple linear regression shows degree status and the number of failed mock exams are significantly correlated with the scores of the official examination(t=5.13,-1.99,P＜0.05).Conclu-sion This study shows that the number of failed mock exams plays an important role in predicting the written exam scores of clinical practicing physicians,indicating that the mock exam system has clinical value in increasing the pass rate of practicing physician reference personnel.
