摘要

目的 探索基于多学科协作(MDT)模式下运用成果导向教育(OBE)培养复合型创新人才的实践效果.方法 选取2022~2023年本院接受规范化培训的46名规培生,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各23名.实验组采用基于MDT模式下运用OBE培养复合型创新人才教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式.培训后,比较两组规培生的结业考试成绩、教学效果满意度以及个人综合素质评价.结果 实验组规培生在出科考试成绩、教学满意度、综合能力自我评价、总分方面均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=-5.50、-9.18、-7.22、-12.65,P均<0.05).结论 采用基于MDT模式下运用OBE培养复合型创新人才教学模式,相较于传统的教学方法,更有效地培养了具备综合能力和创新思维的复合型人才.

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical effect of using outcomes-based education(OBE)to cultivate innova-tive talents based on multi-disciplinary collaboration(MDT)model.Methods A total of 46 students who received stan-dardized training in our hospital from 2022 to 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 23 students in each group.The experimental group adopted the teaching mode of cultivating compound innovative talents with OBE based on MDT model,while the control group adopted the tra-ditional teaching mode.After the training,the results of the final examination,the satisfaction of teaching effect and the evaluation of individual comprehensive quality were compared between the two groups.Results The test scores,teaching satisfaction,self-rating comprehensive ability and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=-5.50,-9.18,-7.22,-12.65,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the OBE teaching mode based on MDT model can more effectively culti-vate the compound talents with comprehensive ability and innovative thinking.
