Objective To explore the effect of participatory training on improving nurses'ability to carry out internet plus nursing practice.Methods A total of 135 nurses engaged in internet plus nursing practice were selected.The re-searchers developed training objectives around the core competencies of nurses engaged in internet plus nursing practice,designed training content,applied participatory training methods,set up 10 workshops by specialty for training and track-ing evaluation.The improvement of nurses'relevant theoretical knowledge,operational skills and other abilities before and after the participatory training was compared,and the change of service quality and quantity after the training was tracked.Results The pass rate of theoretical exams for nurses after participatory training was significantly higher than before training,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.16,P<0.05).A total of 128 questionnaires were collected from 135 nurses after training,with a recovery rate of 94.81%.The results showed that 128(100%)nurses be-lieved that participatory training had strong interactivity and practicality,while 123(96.09%)nurses believed that the course content design was close to clinical practice,109(85.16%)nurses believed that the course schedule was basical-ly reasonable.Within the deadline,the tracking and evaluation of home services totalled 8074 people.The service quality score was 99.96 points,and the patient satisfaction with the service was 100%.Conclusion The application of participa-tory training among nurses engaged in internet plus nursing practice can improve the ability of home nursing practice and ensure the quality and satisfaction of patients'service.
