摘要

采用数值模拟的方法对某300MW汽轮机的高压进汽结构进行了气动优化,通过增大关键部位通流面积、增大过渡倒圆,降低了流速,总压损失由4.11%降低到0.045%,出口静压不均匀度由0.67 降低到0.020.

Abstract

The aerodynamic optimization of high-pressure cylindrical inlet structure of a 300MW steam turbine was carried out by numerical simulation.The flow rate was reduced by increasing the flow area of key parts and the transition inversion.The total pressure loss was reduced from 4.11%to 0.045%,and the outlet static pressure ununiformity was reduced from 0.67 to 0.020.
