摘要

以某百万千瓦核电汽轮机高压缸为研究对象,建立三维模型,并用ANSYS/WORKBENCH 计算分析了稳态运行时汽缸轴封处温度分布与螺栓预紧力对汽缸变形的影响,同时针对性地提出了控制汽缸变形的处理方案,经过在同类型多台次机组上的实施验证,效果良好.

Abstract

This paper takes the high-pressure cylinder of a large nuclear power turbine as the research object,establishes its three-dimensional model,and uses ANSYS/WORKBENCH to calculate and analyze the influence of temperature distribution at the cylinder shaft seal and bolt preload on cylinder deformation during steady-state operation.At the same time,a treatment plan to control cylinder deformation is proposed specifically.Good results have been obtained.
