摘要

针对某厂5 号机组变负荷过程中高中压转子的振动异常波动故障,开展了原因分析和故障诊断工作,通过对该机组运行参数和振动数据分析,指出1 号轴承接触刚度异常是导致高中压转子振动大幅度波动的主要原因.通过更换新的轴承垫块和现场动平衡彻底解决了高中压转子异常振动波动问题.

Abstract

In view of the abnormal vibration fluctuation fault of the high and medium pressure rotor in the process of changing load of unit 5 in a factory,the cause analysis and diagnosis are carried out,it is pointed out that the abnormal contact stiffness of No.1 bearing is the main cause of large amplitude vibration fluctuation of high and medium pressure rotor.The problem of abnormal vibration fluctuation of high and medium pressure rotor is solved by replacing new bearing pads and dynamic balancing on site.
