针对某型号燃烧室压力模化试验台高温高压管道展开设计,管道试压过程发生膨胀节变形,根据现场实际变形情况开展原因分析,提出膨胀节及试验台管道优化改进方案,通过开展有限元分析,论证了方案的可行性.根据优化改进方案进行现场调整,并开展高温高压联调测试,验证了优化改进方案的可行性.
Analysis and Study of Deformation Accident of a Test Bench with Expansion Joint
The design of high-temperature and high-pressure piping for a model combustion chamber pressure molding test stand was developed,in view of the deformation of expansion joints during the pressure test of a certain type of combustor pressure modeling test-bed pipeline,the cause analysis is carried out according to the actual deformation situation on the spot,and the optimization and improvement scheme of expansion joint and test-bed is proposed,the feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated by finite element analysis.On-site adjustment is carried out according to the optimized improvement scheme,and the high temperature and high pressure joint adjustment test is carried out to verify the feasibility of the optimized improvement scheme.
