依托100MW光热汽轮机组开发了618mm低压末级叶片.结合频繁变工况、低负荷运行等特性,总结提出了光热汽轮机末级叶片开发的基本思路、叶型设计、结构设计等方面的特点.应用有限元数值计算方法分析表明,618mm叶片根部反动度较高,直到30%负荷才出现有少量负反动度情况,变工况性能良好;在小流量极端工况下具有低动应力特性,可以保障变工况运行、低负荷运行的经济性与安全性,为光热汽轮机的开发提供了有益指导.
Based on 100MW solar thermal steam turbine,618mm low pressure last stage blade was developed.Combined with the characteristics of frequent operating conditions and low load operation,the basic idea,blade profile design and structure design of last stage blade of solar thermal steam turbine are summarized and put forward.The analysis of finite element numerical calculation method shows that the root reaction degree of 618mm blade is high,and a small amount of negative reaction degree occurs until 30%load,and the performance of variable working conditions is good.It has low dynamic stress characteristics under low-flow extreme working conditions,which can ensure the economy and safety of variable working conditions and low-load operation,and provides useful guidance for the development of solar thermal steam turbines.
