With the rapid development of our country's electric power equipment manufacturing level and high-speed balance technology,the vibration failure rate of large steam turbine electric generator newly put into operation shows a fast declining trend in recent years.Limited by the experimental conditions,the manufacturers represented by the three power electric generator only balance the single rotor before the turbine rotor leaves the factory,while the actual working state of the turbine electric generator shafting is multi-rotor rigid connection,multi-support synchronous bearing high-speed multi-rotor rotating shaft system.Under the influence of the bracing stiffness and the connecting stiffness,the original dynamic response characteristics of some rotors change,and the coupling of the residual unbalance response occurs,many shafting multi-span vibration faults occurred one after another during commissioning.Taking the treatment of vibration fault of a multi-span shafting of a 1000MW steam turbine electric generator as an example,this paper discusses the shafting arrangement,vibration mechanism,balancing strategy,etc.,it provides reference for similar fault diagnosis and analysis.
