Research Progress on Aerodynamic Design and Performance Analysis of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Centrifugal Compressor
The supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton(SCO2)cycle,which has the advantages of high efficiency and compact structure, has a good application prospect in energy power systems. As an important component of the circulation system, centrifugal compressors are also widely used in energy, power and chemical industries because of their wide operating range, large single-stage pressure ratio and high efficiency.Aerodynamic design and performance analysis is the basis of all compressor work, including one-dimensional aerodynamic design and analysis and full three-dimensional CFD(computational fluid dynamics)numerical analysis and other key parts.Compared with traditional centrifugal compressors, the special working fluid properties near the critical point bring new challenges to the design and analysis of SCO2centrifugal compressors. This paper reviews the design methods of SCO2 centrifugal compressors and the performance analysis experiments of relevant scholars through the discussion of recent relevant literature, focuses on the influencing factors in one-dimensional design methods and three-dimensional flow analysis, and puts forward the research focus on the design and performance analysis of SCO2 centrifugal compressors after comprehensive analysis.
