150MW等级双超机组为超高温进汽方式,高压缸前轴封漏汽温度较高,若轴封结构设计不当,会导致轴封蒸汽外漏、轴承油中带水、端部汽缸变形、汽封动静碰磨或转子弯曲等安全事故,而且较大的高品质蒸汽泄漏也会影响机组的经济性.通过优化高压缸前轴封结构,对数十种漏汽组合模型进行了计算分析,推荐合理运行方式,解决了端汽封漏汽温度高带来的影响,达到了预期效果,提高了经济性,在同类机组中具有较高的应用推广价值.
Optimization of the Front Shaft Seal Structure of the High Pressure Cylinder of 150MW Double Super Steam Turbine
The 150MW grade double super unit adopts an ultra-high temperature steam inlet method,and the leakage temperature of the front shaft seal of the high-pressure cylinder is relatively high.If the shaft seal structure is not designed properly,it will lead to safety accidents such as external leakage of the shaft seal steam,water coming in the bearing oil,deformation of the end cylinder,dynamic and static rubbing of the steam seal,or rotor bending.Moreover,large quantities of high-quality steam leakage can also affect the economic efficiency of the unit.By optimizing the structure of the front shaft seal of the high-pressure cylinder,calculating and analyzing dozens of combined models of steam leakage,coming up with reasonable operation methods,we solved the impact of high steam leakage temperature on the end steam seal,which achieved the expected effect and improved the economy.It has high application and promotion value in similar units.
