杭汽轮引进的西门子反动式工业汽轮机低压扭叶级组在转速和热力性能方面已经无法满足现有市场的需求.针对上述问题,采用优化算法对该系列叶型进行优化,同时,引入了斜T型叶根和枞树型叶根,改进了T型末叶根骑缝螺杆锁紧结构,提高了叶片和转子的材料等级,此外,还通过分析已运行的同类型低压级组的运行数据,推算出优化后级组的最大许用质量流量.综上,优化后的级组子午面尺寸未发生改变,总总效率较优化前最高提高了2.5%,最高连续转速提高了20%,且通流能力保持不变.
Optimization of Super-high Speed and Large Mass-flow Low Pressure Blades Used in Reaction Industrial Steam Turbine
HTC had introduced the technology of reaction industrial steam turbine from SIEMENS.Up to now,the introduced low-pressure blades could not satisfy the requirements of the market.To solve this issue,it optimizes the blade profiles and made the steam flowing better.Also,it utilizes the slope T-shape root and fir-tree root,improves the structure of straddled screw which is employed to fix the last installed slope T-shape blade,and changes the material of blades and rotor.In addition,by analyzing several safely operating low pressure blades manufactured by HTC,it infers the maximum allowable mass-flow of the blades.After optimization,the meridian plane of the blades has not been changed,the total-to-total isentropic efficiency improves at most 2.5%,the maximum continuous speed rises 20%,and the mass-flow capacity keeps as original.
