Dynamic Response Analysis of Steam Turbine Blades under Electrical Short Circuit Fault
This article analyzes the static stress, natural frequency, and dynamic response of the low-pressure blade rotor system of a steam turbine based on electrical short circuit faults. The peak combined stress of the last stage blade is obtained, and the true strain of the last stage blade is calculated using Neuber theory and the cyclic stress-strain relationship of the material.Based on the strain life characteristic curve of the material, the cyclic life of the last stage blade under electrical short circuit faults is obtained. This provides an important theoretical basis for the safe operation of the final stage blades.
