Research on Optimal Distribution of Multiple Heating Modes of Unit Based on Bird Optimization Algorithm
The mathematical models of high back pressure heating,condensate pumping heating,low pressure cylinder cutting heating and electric boiler compensation heating are established for 300MW plant heating unit,and their heating capacity and energy consumption are analyzed.To enhance the efficiency of distributing heat and power load across multiple heating units within a thermal power plant,an energy consumption analysis model for cogeneration units is developed.The optimal distribution scheme is then determined using the bird optimization algorithm,considering various heating load requirements.The findings indicate that at a heating load of 400MW,the high back pressure heating unit exhibits the lowest coal consumption.When the heating load is 600MW,the combined heating coal consumption of the two units with high back pressure is the lowest.When the heating load is 800MW,the combined model of high back pressure and low pressure cylinder removal has the lowest heating coal consumption.When the heat load is 1000MW,the coal consumption of high back pressure and electric boiler-low pressure cylinder excision combined mode is the lowest.
