Research on the Performance Impact of Different Steam Distribution Methods on a 1000 MW Ultra Supercritical Unit
This article is based on a 1000MW ultra supercritical unit,and conducts variable operating condition calculation and analysis on steam distribution methods such as nozzle regulation,full cycle steam inlet+throttling regulation,and full cycle steam inlet+makeup valve regulation.The results show that the impact of different steam distribution methods on the variable operating condition performance of the unit is mainly reflected in the changes in main steam pressure and high-pressure cylinder efficiency,which in turn affect the heat consumption rate of the unit.A comprehensive economic analysis was conducted on the annual load rate distribution of the unit,and the most economical steam distribution method for the unit was determined.
