Evaluation Method of Bridge Technical Condition Indexes Based on Multi-Source Data Fusion
To reliably evaluate the technical condition of bridges, considering fuzziness and uncertainty in bridge technical condition evaluation process,an evaluation method based on multi-source data fusion is proposed.Firstly, the detection and monitoring values of an index are transformed into the membership degrees of the index levels through cloud model, and basic trust distribution functions of an improved Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is constructed according to the membership degrees.Secondly, the comprehensive weight coefficients are obtained by using the combination of conflict/consistent degree and information entropy to correct the basic trust distribution functions. Then, the Dempster's fusion rule is used to fuse the basic trust distribution functions, and the comprehensive trust distribution function is gained. Finally, the evaluation scaling of the index is determined according to the maximum membership degree criterion, achieving reliable assessment of the technical condition of bridges. The proposed method and the method described in standards for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges(JTG/T H21-2011)were used for the condition evaluation of the cable force of a cable-stayed bridge, respectively. The results reveal that compared to the method described in JTG/T H21-2011,the corresponding maintenance action of the evaluation result of the proposed method was more consistent with the practice.Consequently, the feasibility and availability of the proposed method are verified.
