Objective:To investigated one case of hemolytic disease of the new born caused by simultaneous of two irregular antibodies(anti-D and anti-E)in Rh system.Methods:Provided by clinical data,After blood group identification and irregular antibody screening of pregnant woman,determining titer of antibody by means of immunoserology;Direct antiglobulin test,antibody release test,free antibody test and further antibody identification conducting for the new born.Results:The irregular antibody is positive combining anti-D with anti-E in Rh system,the IgG titer of antibody was 512 and 2;Direct antiglobulin test is positive,antibody release test appearing anti-D and anti-E,anti-D presented in free antibody test.Conclusion:The diagnosis of hemolytic disease of new born was established and the child recovery discharged from hospital smoothly gived by symptomatic treatment actively.
