摘要

目的:探讨sST2、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP三指标联合对小儿肺炎合并心衰的诊断价值.方法:43例肺炎并心衰患者为观察组,45例体检健康儿作为对照组,所有对象均检测血清sST2、hsCRP、NT-proBNP浓度,对比两组的检测指标.结果:经分析,三指标在两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);ROC曲线分析显示三指标联合检测的AUC优于单独检测;Logistic回归表明,sST2、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP是小儿肺炎并心力衰竭的独立影响因素.结论:sST2、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP可用于小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的诊断,且三指标联合检测有利于提高诊断价值.

Abstract

Objective:Expore the diagnostic value of sST2、hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in pediatric pneumonia with heart failure.Methods:Forty-three patients with pneumonia and heart failure were as the observation group,and 45 healthy infants were used as the control group,sST2、hsCRP and NT-proBNP were detected in all subjects,and the detection indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The three tested items displayed significant differences between the groups(P＜0.05);ROC curve analysis displayed that the AUC of the combined detection of the three indexes was higher than single detection;Logistic regression showed that sST2、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP were independent influencing factors of pediatric pneumonia with heart failure.Conclusion:sST2、hs-CRP and NT-proBNP could be used in the diagnosis of pediatric pneumonia with heart failure,and the combined detection of three indicators could improve the diagnostic value.
