Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum opsin-like protein 1(VILIP-1),aquaporin-4(AQP4)and omentin-1(Omentin-1)in patients with acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusive cerebral infarction(ALVS).Methods:A total of 154 patients with ALVS who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected and received endovascular treatment after admission.According to the modified Rankin(mRS)score at 90 days after surgery,they were divided into a good prognosis group 116(75.32%)in the good group and 38(24.68%)in the poor prognosis group.Compare the clinical data and the expression of serum Omentin-1,AQP4,and VILIP-1 between the two groups before and 1 month after surgery,Pearson analysis of the correlation between the above indicators and mRS score at 1 month after surgery,Logistic regression equation analysis of prognostic factors,and analysis of the predicted value.Results:Compared with the group with good prognosis,the group with poor prognosis had lower preoperative serum levels of VILIP-1 and AQP4(P<0.05),higher levels of Omentin-1(P<0.05),lower serum levels of VILIP-1 and AQP4(P<0.05),and higher levels of Omentin-1(P<0.05)at 1 month after surgery,and more significantly at 1 month after surgery(P<0.05);One month after operation,serum VILIP-1 and AQP4 levels were positively correlated with mRS score,and Omentin-1 level was negatively correlated with mRS score(P<0.05);VILIP-1 and AQP4 were risk factors for poor prognosis at 90 days after operation,and Omentin-1 was a protective factor for poor prognosis(P<0.05);Compared with the low-risk group,the incidence of adverse prognosis at 90 days in the high-risk group was higher than that in the low-risk group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum levels of VILIP-1,AQP4,and Omentin-1 are important influencing factors for the prognosis of ALVS patients after endovascular therapy.They provide reliable clinical evaluation and prediction of prognosis,as well as formulate follow-up treatment plans.
