Objective:To evaluate the prognostic value of serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)combined with serum neutrophil/lymphocyte(NLR)levels in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:A total of 90 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our unit from February 2019 to December 2021 were selected to make statistics on the incidence of poor prognosis and divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the results.Serum CK-MB and NLR levels of good prognosis group and poor prognosis group were compared.Multiple Logistic regression analysis determined the relationship between serum CK-MB and NLR levels and poor prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve evaluated the efficacy of serum CK-MB and NLR alone and in combination in predicting poor prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure. Results:Among 90 patients in the observation group,41 patients had poor prognosis, and the incidence of poor prognosis in the observation group was 45.56%(41/90).There were no significant differences in gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, drinking, smoking, anemia,WBC level and Hb level between patients with poor prognosis and patients with good prognosis(P>0.05).Serum CK-MB and NLR in patients with poor prognosis were higher than those in patients with good prognosis(P<0.05).The poor prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure was assigned as 1,and the good prognosis was assigned as 0.Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that serum CK-MB and NLR were risk factors for poor prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05).The sensitivity of the combined prediction of serum CK-MB and NLR was higher than that of the single prediction(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the specificity between the two groups(P>0.05),and the AUC was higher than that of the single prediction(Z=3.854,P=0.002,Z=2.587,P=0.003).Conclusion:The serum CK-MB and NLR levels in patients with chronic heart failure are high and the prognosis is poor, and serum CK-MB and NLR are both risk factors for poor prognosis. The combination of serum CK-MB and NLR can predict the prognosis ideally.
