Objective:To analyze the correlation between the top five bacterial drug resistance rates and antimicrobial drug use frequency(DDDs),understand the trend of bacterial drug resistance in our hospital, and provide basis for the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods:The drug resistance rate of the top five bacteria clinically isolated from 2018 to 2022 and the DDDs of antibacterial drugs in the same period were counted.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between the drug resistance rate of bacteria and the DDDs of antibacterial drugs. Results:The top five bacteria detected in 2018-2022 were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Staphylococcus aureus. The drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli to levofloxacin increased year by year.According to the statistics of DDDs,levofloxacin is the most widely used antibiotic. The correlation analysis between bacterial drug resistance rate and DDDs showed that the drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli was positively correlated with levofloxacin(r=0.902,P<0.05);The drug resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae was positively correlated with cefazolin(r=0.902,P<0.05);The drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was positively correlated with cefoperazone sulbactam(r=0.965,P<0.05).There was no correlation between Staphylococcus aureus and common antibiotics(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between the drug resistance rate of the bacteria and the use of antibacterial drugs.Appropriate adjustment should be made to promote rational drug use and reduce drug resistance.
